Fourdoor is Cars24’s end-to-end car servicing platform, built to simplify the way users maintain and care for their vehicles. From doorstep pick-ups to real-time service updates, the app offers a smooth, reliable, and transparent journey for car owners looking for hassle-free servicing.

Purpose-Driven Design

As a Senior Product Designer, my focus with Fourdoor was to build trust through transparency. Every screen, flow, and touchpoint was designed to reduce anxiety around car servicing—offering users clarity, control, and confidence at each step.

Key Features & Solutions

1. Doorstep Pick-up & Drop
Users can book car servicing with just a few taps. A driver arrives at their location, eliminating the need to visit a service center.

2. Real-Time Tracking
Live status updates keep users informed throughout the service journey—from pick-up to diagnostics, repair, and delivery.

3. Transparent Estimates
Before the work begins, users receive digital cost estimates with breakdowns—building trust and reducing service-related friction.

4. Digital Job Card & Invoicing
All service details are documented in an easy-to-understand digital job card. Post-service, users receive a detailed invoice within the app.

5. Service History at a Glance
The app stores all previous servicing records, so users can easily track their car’s maintenance history over time.

Design Principles

The experience is optimized for users in tier-2 and tier-3 cities—featuring multilingual support, simplified visuals, and low-friction booking journeys to meet the needs of digital-first but less tech-savvy audiences.
