Project Goal
Design an end-to-end SaaS product to streamline property leasing, management, and user experience for both tenants and real estate companies—transforming operational challenges into business opportunities.
The Challenge
Traditional property leasing workflows are complex, manual, and inconsistent. From listing and availability tracking to lease finalization, the journey lacked a centralized digital solution that could serve diverse user needs while improving efficiency and business insights.
The Solution
Karya is a feature-rich, modular property management platform that simplifies listings, lease management, amenity selection, and pricing configuration in one place. It serves real estate companies by offering complete visibility into units, applications, and financial operations.

Highlights & Learnings
This was my first professional project and a major milestone in my design career
Took full ownership of design logic, client communication, and prototyping
Received a permanent job offer based on my contributions during the internship
Became the design backbone of the Karya project at RMgX
Reflection
Karya was more than a project—it was the foundation of my transition into a full-time product designer. It taught me the importance of user-centricity in SaaS, cross-functional collaboration, and the confidence to lead designs even as a beginner.
